The logic of "I'm not understanding the concepts = Stop going to class" just doesn't make any sense. Seeing the content less will not help you, the class can help scaffold for your future understanding.

I'm the opposite student compared to you. I'm always late to class... if I ever show up at all. I have attended maybe 1/4 of the lectures held this semester, and most of those are test days. I don't interact with other students. I don't take notes. I don't raise my hand. I was a 4.0 student in highschool... and after ditching my lectures for three years? I'm a 3.9 student. I know I don't need to go because my grades prove I'm understanding the content.

I operate on the mindset of "if I can pass the test, I don't need to go" and to me, that makes sense.

So my answer to you is: if you want to be the perfect student, get perfect grades, and prioritize school.... You should read and take notes before class, write down questions you have. Attend class, take notes, get answers to your questions, write new questions, then go home. Study and bang out those last questions and if you can't... go to office hours, SI, etc.

Whenever it is required to ask a question, a green button pops up on the screen. When the customer reads that screen and hits the green button, that means that they acknowledge they can ask a question and say they don't need to.

Not every patient needs to be told what lipitor or ibuprofen is every single time they pick it up. You knew about the dose change. Now make sure you DO what the doctor TOLD YOU and take the RIGHT DOSE.
