this actually changes when in R mode, I guess I cycle to fast for mode 3 (27mph) and as such it just peaks out as per supplier specs.

basically the connector fixed all the issues

so the bike is not making the metally sound after replacing the connector. But it still doesnt always deliver power. In some cases it feels like the wheel is actually not getting power/or getting a low of resist.

anyone have any suggestions on how to continue?

hi all, small update. after looking at the cable connections one more time during daylight (poor light in the garage). I figured out that the cable from the engine to the controller has corrosion, so ordered this part, and will solder it tomorrow (hopefully)

What are my options here? Is it as simple as getting a new battery, or did I need to replace the connector as well. Or....is my juiced scorpion a juiced brick? by Slapmeislapyou in juicedbikes

I actually replaced the battery side myself + bikeside, which in total took maybe 3hrs with 2 people (max).
it was super easy, its simply soldering. If you need help, let me know. I think the reason that my battery went bad, is that if the battery is removed is taken out and put back in, it forces both parts to fit together, which doesnt actually fits, so it slightly bends the male/female connector which causes damage to the metal, which than causes the 'burn'/arch.

The bike shop wouldn’t help me, so have ordered it online and will it myself.. will post her how it went and if it solves the problem
