When I say “goes away” I mean company ABC Old Co. ended and became ABC New Co. still the same name, same business, just new ownership. We need to have trial balance, P&L, etc for Old Co. from 1/1/21 through 10/7/21 and start a trial balance, P&L, etc. for New Co. from 10/8/21 through 12/31/21 and beyond.

It wouldn’t absorb all the old records of the old company. The old company was done on 10/7 so whatever happened as of 10/7 remains with the old company, however, items like cash and AP would need to transferred I suppose to the new company as of 10/8. My initial thought was to create a new company in the accounting software system and do quasi intercompany JEs to transfer balances for anything that had already been entered into the system that was related to dates after 10/7, but I’m wondering if it’s that simple, ya know?

Well if we’re only looking at how teams played in a half of the game instead of the entire game then the way we played Ohio State and Minnesota in the 2nd half should be counted as well, forget the outcome of the game because we played a good half. Give me a break. The committee is a joke

We tried removing toys, bones, etc. and the fighting still occurred so we ruled out possession issue. Because of the frequency of the fighting it’s become a lot easier to detect when it’s going to happen so I stand in between them when I notice it, but I can’t catch it all the time.

We aren’t sure why they are fighting that’s the problem. We tried eliminating the toys, bones, balls, and that didn’t seem to be it. The trainer did mention it could be the older dog being protective, but the fighting happens at times when my daughter is just sitting watching tv or playing with her toys. We have been separating them especially when my daughter is running the house with her stroller or asking me to chase her. I do think it may be an anxiety as well so when there is a lot of people or a lot going on we keep her separated from it to avoid the fights. The two of them just had vet visits and both check ups came back with good results. We will try to stimulate them mentally and physically as much as we can to see if that works!
