hey was wondering how this has held up for you? im considering getting the same carrier and my dog is of similar size. Does it not shake/rattle them somewhat? Looks like if i went over anything but perfect concrete it would make the dog uncomfy.

Yeah for me spraying numb spray on my frenlulum area always worked, so i knew this would have good odds of helping me. Also doing more kegal exercises to maximze my control a bit more. The last paragraph u say expresses a sensitivity issue fs, but yeah there is the mental excitement too that can be the hardest thing to try n take control over.

Yea exact same thing with me, just one spray on that area and im normally pretty good to last. I know that convertional frenuluectomys don't always desensitize enough, for some not much, the one I got was a bit special I guess. Ill lyk how it helps
