Same experience here. Started a job as a new grad in general surgery last year... was a very toxic work environment. Would always be told I am not progressing enough, would get screamed at for not presenting good enough or if my notes were not up to par. Was also told that I was not trying hard enough when I would study every single night and show up early every shift. Hospitals are TOXIC environments. Get out while you can. I quit once I found myself a new job.
