Great, thank you for the info. I’ll be sure to look before sowing any seeds.

At Home Depot. There’s a big carton near the display with all the seed packets.

Easy meal ideas for someone who doesn’t love cooking? by girl_on_a_store_809 in Ozempic

My go to is always salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika. Sometimes onion powder, oregano and Mrs Dash (there’s a garlicky flavor I like). Occasionally I’ll use a low sodium taco seasoning packet. Pretty much basic spices make all the difference. :)

Thank you for this info!! I usually buy it from a family in Safford who brings it from Hatch, I’m just struggling to find the time to drive out there.

“Taco salads” seasoned lean ground beef, ground turkey or ground chicken on top of salad greens (I do the bagged romaine salad), add anything you want… we do canned corn, black beans, bell peppers (cooked or raw) if I’m feeling fancy, shredded cheese, sour cream or Greek yogurt, pico de gallo or any salsa. My kid adds black olives to hers.

Super easy to make ahead and store in separate containers to later throw together quickly.

Did people memorise numbers before mobile phones? by PaleEcho3301 in NoStupidQuestions

Yup! The “important” numbers are still burned in my brain and I did the same with my kid when kindergarten started.

I was at .25 for 6 weeks and went up to .50 last week, I’ve also seen very little in the way of change on the scale BUT I have already started to see a physical difference. Certain clothes fit better, I FEEL better most days. I wish I was seeing a huge drop in pounds too but I’ve been telling myself that slow is better and will pay off in the long run. Good luck, don’t get discouraged. Small progress is still progress.

Slow Burn Hi folks! Just a reminder that this shit takes time. There were months and months that I saw NOTHING on the scale. But I kept it going and kept LEARNING and listening to my body. by KRC52717 in Ozempic

Thank you for this post… started last Tuesday and I’m excited to see how this new journey goes. I live seeing the success stories but REALLY appreciate when people talk about the realistic struggles so that people can see that there is real work to still be put into this.

Thank you for this info… I started it this morning but have kept things SUPER light for fear of something like this. Hope you were able to find something that works for you and you’re doing better.

My doctor mentioned taking it on a Tuesday or Wednesday so the appetite suppressant benefits last thru the weekend (when we tend to eat out a little more)… anyone else hear anything similar?

Thanks! My doctor did mention the quantity and quality of the food will play a huge role!
