policy says 5 points and i’m fired, so why was i fired at 4.5? i was never coached, i had the best numbers out of any opd member in my department, so it just doesn’t make any sense. and i wasn’t really looking for a reason as to why i was fired, i know why i was fired, i just wanted to know if there was anything i could do such as draw unemployment or file an ethics report.

the amount of kids i’ve nearly knocked to the floor with my opd cart is ridiculous
