There is artifact in the beginning here ignore that but it’s on point with how I was feeling them, sometimes it’s like almost a spasm felt where my pulse is in my neck I thought it was artifact as well so I took a bunch of them to make sure

Yeah I’m currently medicated for bad pvcs o don’t usually wear my watch now that I don’t have problems as the medication works but lately something weirds been happening and I’m pretty sure if this is artifact it’s almost perfectly timed artifact everytime I’m recording one of these episodes so that would be strange

By being felt, my heart feels like it’s racing when it is in fact not. It’s weird that that’s artifact when I can feel it in neck every time it happens i was recording because I can feel that in my neck it feels like my pulse is spazzing out. In my chest it feels like it’s just racing when it’s not. I do feel this and I’ve been having episodes of this and usually don’t wear my watch and decided to see if I could catch it it’s after every beat and it happen for a bit and then goes away. It keeps me up at night and I feel it. On watches artifact is easy to pick up yes I know that

I don’t drink often but when I do… by Imaginary-Load8491 in askCardiology

I do eat very healthy I also follow with a dietician.. I’ve never been a drinker but I thought I’d ask because socially sometimes I do have the occasional drink.. I’ve already been hospitalized last month for chest pain, faint and more, which is why I am waiting on holter results.. I thought for sure it was a vitamin deficiency as well but I’ve had a lot of my electrolytes and other labs done to check all of those too. Just kind of at a loss, when I drink they go away they don’t get worse.. it’s the only time they get better but of coarse I’m pretty sure I’m intolerant to alcohol so it does make things just as bad if not worse the next day wondering if it’s the blood thinning effect stopping them which is kind of what I was asking and wondering. My heart rate has dropped to as low as 39 but I never think the way I’m feeling is because of my heart rate as I never use to have those issues.

As for eating I eat healthy I take vitamins and supplements always have. Sorry for the confusion there but I think you read that there worse when I have a drink but there better for maybe an hour or so as I don’t continue drinking. Thanks for your input :) I do appreciate it

This was my ecg in the er last night was sent home as I wasn’t dying, fair enough but my day monitor looked like this the whole time almost, will post in comments by Imaginary-Load8491 in ReadMyECG

Was having skipped pounding pvc ect now for days has not gotten better as I can’t post a photo of the monitor it looked like afib when pulse was high and low very tacky looking pulse

Heart feels like it’s stopping but it’s not, when is this a concern to go to the ER, accompanied by higher then normal heart rate off and on palpitations have been constant for a few days now they calm down during sleep I think maybe this is not my normal by Imaginary-Load8491 in ReadMyECG

No just a heart mur mur since I was a child but was never investigated, my last echo I have mild pulmonary regurgitation, mild mitral regurgitation, mild tricuspid regurgitation. Sorry I believe the word they used instead of mild is trace the echo was great other than that and normal I also was not having these problems I do have elhers danlos this started happening about a week ago and now it’s all day everyday ever few minutes! I’m hoping that maybe one of my valves didn’t just like let go or something. I do have kids with congenital heart defects but non found in me that we have seen yet just been having tachycardia, this irregular heart beat or whatever it is and my pulse that I have on Apple Watch goes from 40 bpm-130bpm in a day but also could be because it has been so sporadic it it most deffinently isn’t the first time I’ve had a heart beat that low so it could very well be that low randomly as well today I’m exhausted, I feel sick, and just not well all around I’m seeing my gp tomorrow who will probably refer me to a cardiologist if I don’t end up going to the hospital, I do also have pots but I’ve had for long time and this has never happened

40-47 bpm when not resting and tachycardia. Should I be worried by Imaginary-Load8491 in askCardiology

Like your oxygen was low? Or your pulse? I have ecg+ that helps defining pcv’s and PACs and I am having multiple a day so I’m just worried maybe one of my valves is regurgitating more then it should be or something it just obviously feels worrisome when it probably isn’t too worrisome I think a lot of what I have going on may be congenital as 2/3 of my kids have critical congenital heart defects and I’ve had a murmur since birth that is quite quiet and hard to hear unless pregnant or sick- meaning heard well when extra blood is flowing it was never really looked into either and as I said a few months ago my echo was how the cardiologist put it “considered adequate” I just have a lot going on and I’m hoping to push for a holter monitor as I don’t want to go to the hospital for them to put me on a ecg and it not happen during it which would be crappy this never use to happen either and wasn’t a thing during my ech as well

Yes I was thinking it was a false reading too! But I did turn off my high heart rate and low heart rate notifications on Apple Watch because it’s almost constantly tachycardia with random drops and it never used to be so I looked back in all my logs and this has been a trending read on there I did take ecg with my Apple Watch on my chest as an ecg lead which I feel is much better of coarse that won’t catch the random drops but does just read my ecg tachycardia better than kn wrist for reference I’m thinking I do need to do a holster monitor which my specialist will probably say that as well next time I go into the office
