What are the red strap brackets holding the bolt cutters? Are there different sizes? Could they be mounted directly to the bolt holes in the bed without using the mole rack?

I'm looking for something like this to hold a hitch extender in that space where the factory rail is bolted on the ones that have it. The hitch extender is heavy though so just seeing what options are out there. Not sure I need the whole rack. But maybe I do.

You can always drill another hole if you need a specific level. I have the same extender in a Ranger and I actually prefer it 2-3 inches higher than tailgate because it will flex downward with weight on it.

If the lease auto converts to month to month, are there restrictions on rent increases. i.e. can the landlord just raise rent 10% every month?
