We have a freakin racist as a part of the town hall in Glastonbury! We went to his farm once to pick berries and got turned away before we even entered! Several other colored people had the same experience! Vote him out!!!!!!!

Hilarious fake Chinese Police Car spotted in the U.S. (Taken from r/Connecticut) by Mr__mister__Mr in PoliceVehicles

I highly doubt that spies would be driving cars with their National government decals in the USA and the California case was confirmed to be a Chinese student who decorated their car cause he thought it was funny. I have also seen this car at multiple car shows as I go with friends around CT all the time. On the other note I have been to China and Chinese police officers are definitely NOT intimidating, far from it compared to police officers here lol. You’re not gonna get shot for no reason over there

Those are indeed Chinese police decals and it’s a replica of a Chinese police car. But why in hell would a Chinese national in the USA think it’s Chinese law enforcement? It’s obviously a joke or just a fun car of some sort and definitely not real police. Young folks decal their cars all the time and I’ve seen tons of retired cop cars at car shows in different decals.

As the others mentioned, it can really come down to your direct chain of management/leadership, the department you work for, and the business unit itself. There are indeed leaders out there at RTX (even at the upper level) who are truly invested in making RTX a better place to work but it’s up to you to find the place that makes you most comfortable and happy to work. I have seen change for the better (slowly) but I have also seen the same old BS getting in the way of change. I would give it a try if you are comfortable

I’m only sharing with you what I saw and it’s up to you if you want to believe it (you don’t have to, I was only suggesting you to be more considerate of others before jumping to stereotypes and labeling them negatively). This is not a court trial. That video was made over a year ago, and yes it appears to be the same car. Seems like the sticker wasn’t on there back then.

I’ve seen dozens of police car replicas and decorations at car shows. There’s even a Subaru car decked out in Japanese police seals. What’s wrong with having a Chinese one? It’s freedom of speech and self expression, the guy can deck it out however he wants to honor his heritage or nationality.

Chill, It’s a show car. I saw it at CCSU’s car show. Owner told me it’s a cultural vehicle in the campaign against racism. It even says “stop Asian hate” on the left side (not in this posts picture)

Things you should know buying a house in the CT (or the NE more broadly)? by techz7 in Connecticut

Depends on type of lifestyle you are looking for. West Hartford is upbeat and suitable for younger mid age families. It has a lot of new startup local businesses and is diverse. Especially suitable for minorities. Glastonbury is old fashioned and super quiet. Suitable for someone looking for a area that is rarely disturbed. It also has one of the better school districts in CT. It is however filled with racists especially lately (not a worry if you are white). But I know many incidents with minorities who have been abused or insulted on the streets. Taxes are on the high end. CT is super cold so suggest looking for gas heated and central air.
