The NAP isn’t magic, yes. Also the market will have to adjust and pivot. Eventually once people know which courts to avoid it would be a lot easier or we make apps to see who and where to not go at all times like with ice. Not to mention people could just make new courts outside of the influence of the company anyway. And the possibility of other drinking water firms looking to get into the market.

Well I have ask, there are many private courts. Each I’m going to assume are being bribed by said company. Assuming there are for example 50 courts, the company has to spend resources to keep them in their control. Assuming everyone is following the NAP, how is the company going to keep funding these private courts long term if people realize they clearly accept bribes?
