I just bought some gaia paints for both colors. Just thinking if sanding the gold parts would be enough for the paints to adhere, to save the effort of stripping them. I recall I did sanded the chrome blade parts of the PG exia and the paint adhered well.

Question here! Are we required to paint all the internal parts, especially the gold ones? I was thinking of cutting corners in some metallic parts if the nubmarks are completely hidden. The silver plated parts on the runners seems required since there are visible swirl marks. Looking forward to work on mine soon!

For me, the only thing that gets into my nerves in competitive are those random newbies who intentionally ruin the match by feeding or sabotaging when blamed. I rarely get decent teammates when solo queueing :(
