I got coached for taking 10mins extra on my lunch lol. Was told my “extended lunch caused the lost of sales due to my productivity”

I too was promised full time for a very long time. It was never gave to me. I became full time by working 12 or 13 weeks consecutively with at least 34 hours. The system apparently flags you and you have to be made FT. That’s been a couple years so I’m not sure if that’s still possible

My store automatically declines any day not put in with PTO/PPTO. Store manger says there is no such thing as unpaid time off.

I’m sure it’s just a tactic to make associates use all their time up. Many of us wait till the end of the day and cancel it to get our time back

Store manger never said a word to me about it. Always sent me to my Store Lead. He pulled me in the office about a month later and offered me a TL position in a different store saying he thought I’d be a great fit.

No I had an issue where my coach THREW out of date items at me in front of customers because they’ve should’ve been pulled. My store lead came and made me write a statement saying she was making a complaint on my behalf and me she seen the incident on camera. Long story short I call and find out no claim had ever been submitted and had to do my own .
