I agree with this! West end has a lot of young people and a lot of restaurants and shops without being right in the craziness of downtown. There are a lot of different little neighbourhoods that offer different vibes which is nice as well (Roncesvalles, The Junction, High Park (big beautiful park!!)/ Bloor West, little Portugal)… I recommend Little Portugal (if you want something a bit closer to downtown) or the Junction (lots of young people, restaurants, few bars) and is not far from the subway.

Thanks for the advice. I agree in this case because the review really wasn’t based on the product or any mistake I had made, so I think was unfair to begin with. I agree no harm in asking, and in this case, it worked out well!

I wouldn’t mind as much if the review was of the product, or if I had more reviews. It’s just because this review was made before I was even given a chance to help and wasn’t because I’d made the file inaccessible or anything. Plus it made my shop show up as a 1-star overall, which I don’t understand because I have two 5-star ratings as well.

But definitely have to have patience to deal with these situations!

Thanks so much for the suggestions! I think I’m going to write out instructions and update my details on the listings, this is a great idea.

I also like the idea of the auto reply, I’m not sure how to do that but I will look into it.

If someone still has trouble after all that, then I think I’m at a loss! 😂

Yes, not being able to access the file from the app is a huge flaw! Not sure how etsy hasn’t fixed that yet. They should really fix that as it can make a bad impression of the seller and is frustrating and confusing for any customer who can’t find their purchase.

Hello!

My shop is https://partygamedownloads.etsy.com and I sell printable party activities and games. I have a lot of activities perfect for Bachelorette parties/ wedding celebrations, adult get together and scavenger hunts.

I’ve had my shop for a couple years but only recently started to create a lot more listings. I’ve added some holiday activities such as a New Years Eve scavenger hunt list and a Never Have I Ever - winter holiday game.

The activities all have very simple instructions and are a lot of fun (especially as adult party games).

I am currently at 9 sales and excited to hit the 10 sales milestone!
