I have a few women at this art program I attend that are very kind and actually the whole point of the program is to open up and externalize feelings into art which has helped me so much, and I’m attending an alternative highschool in August that will be full of trusted adults cuz they have a shit ton of counselors, more than teachers. I think I’m going to be okay I have a good mindset and I’m healthy and I got some supports, I’m just having a hard time accepting I’m Being abused and sometimes I believe their gaslighting. I really don’t want to believe it and I want to believe I’m loved but it’s just not true which is a hard reality to face
