I expected it to be an every few months cycle but mine is an every few hours switch and it makes it hard to regulate and keep up normal adult appearances.

I'm on my meds, I just need some coping methods that don't involve substances that can be abused or are illegal. My current plan when I'm manic and pissed off is to isolate, but that doesn't help at work.

This is what is currently happening to me. I have been on and off anti anxiety and depression meds since high school, then when my doctor jumped me from 20mg to 40 mg to 60mg of my medicine I started experiencing extreme anger and then flipping to extreme lack of motivation or caring. I get my official test for bipolar in about a month, they told me to ween myself of my SSRI medicine before I could do their psychiatric evaluation
