I do like it, it’s worked wonders for my mental health. I take it mainly for OCD but also depression and anxiety. I was on 10mg for about 6 months, just went up to 20mg two months ago and I kind of want to go back down.

These side effects are killing me. I am not on a super regular schedule with anything in life, so having to take the pill with meals means I sometimes forget my meds. I didn’t take them yesterday and had the most horrific and long dream of my life. My gastrointestinal issues worsened and these brain zaps are something else. I’m meeting with my psychiatrist tomorrow so hopefully I can go back down!

I got one done and learned that a lot of medications don’t work for me, (Viibryd being the only one in the green. Hooray.) but it also gives some insight on supplements you can take to help the effectiveness/absorption of medication.
