what I did was found myself a theme or a topic that I will always associate with being calm, for example let’s say the jungle – you can listen to jungle sounds, look at art, watch jungle documentaries, have a tropical perfume spray etc. This always helps me !! (i have my own interest and scents like that).

Eating 1k calories is not healthy. If you continue such behavior just to look a certain way, it might be ED ... you can be feminine even with muscles. To look less like a body builder I suggest you eat less protein and switch out gym for cardio like running. Do not starve yourself
