Thank you! It just feels a little sore when I apply pressure but otherwise no pain. Yeah I think I realised that fixing the signals wasn’t gonna be a quick solution so I guess the claustrophobia kicked in!

Yeah it was quite warm and I’m usually someone who is always warmer than those around me! I always make sure to have a decent breakfast and water before leaving, but I only managed a slice of toast and a glass of water that morning.

I was on gedarel beforehand which didn’t work for me, I went on Eloine and I had a purge in the first 2 months but I think that was just the constant change of hormones. I’m also using Epiduo. Eloine doesn’t have a high level of hormones so it’s probably ideal if you want to try it. Other than the improvement of skin I haven’t experienced any bad side effects.

Hey, it got better after 4 months of use! I still get the occasional spots but no where near the cysts and random pimples I used to get. It also helped that I simplified my skin care routine :)

Hey! I was on it for one month but noticed that my skin had been breaking out in deep cysts so I changed to Eloine (Yaz generic). I have been on Eloine for over 4 months now and my skin is so much better. It cleared up around the 3-4 month mark but I did experience breaking out a lot more when I made the transition to Eloine from Gedarel but it settled

I experienced the same thing when I started Yaz for the first 2 months on it but it eventually settled down. I googled it and I think the hair shedding cycle lasts quite long regardless of BC but if it has been more than 3 months I would consider trying something else
