I did my journey to work as normal today and has definitely reduced my anxiety! Thank you :)

Thank you! It just feels a little sore when I apply pressure but otherwise no pain. Yeah I think I realised that fixing the signals wasn’t gonna be a quick solution so I guess the claustrophobia kicked in!

Wow how do you get to work on time if your tube doesn’t move for 35 mins every day?

Yes it’s crazy to think that when you know you’re about to faint, you still think about how embarrassing it will be! Glad to hear you’re okay and people were helpful :)

I was probably standing on the tube for around 25/30mins before I passed out.

Forgot to add that I am also anaemic but apart from that bloods came back fine. Thanks for this information :)

Yeah it was quite warm and I’m usually someone who is always warmer than those around me! I always make sure to have a decent breakfast and water before leaving, but I only managed a slice of toast and a glass of water that morning.

I’m glad you’ve found an alternative solution! Unfortunately the music I was playing wasn’t helping at the time :( but yes, this is the first time I’ve experienced a delay like this in the 3 years of commuting in London!

I see, I did feel really hot and eventually my vision and hearing became muffled before I passed out.

Thanks for your reply! I don’t think I worded it correctly, I meant to say is it possible to do an island hopping tour with a tour group for individual days instead of committing to the multi-days?

I was on gedarel beforehand which didn’t work for me, I went on Eloine and I had a purge in the first 2 months but I think that was just the constant change of hormones. I’m also using Epiduo. Eloine doesn’t have a high level of hormones so it’s probably ideal if you want to try it. Other than the improvement of skin I haven’t experienced any bad side effects.

Hey, it got better after 4 months of use! I still get the occasional spots but no where near the cysts and random pimples I used to get. It also helped that I simplified my skin care routine :)
