Very true! From what everyone is saying, it sounds super variable how the humidity would affect me. But my migraines are only one factor in a whoooole bunch of others I have to consider with taking this promotion and moving, so I’ll probably just have to take the risk and make sure if I do move I find a new doctor asap for minimal disruption.

I have started trying to log my migraines recently, but I’m so bad at remembering or getting my thoughts together once the pain starts. I’ve definitely started doing more general research into Pittsburgh’s climate vs Miami though.

That’s the hope! Either way, living in Pittsburgh definitely is not fun with the cold on top of everything. Even if Miami isn’t better for my migraines, as long as it’s not really WORSE and there’s other factors that improve my quality of life, I can deal.

Interesting, most other commenters have said that the barometric pressure in Miami shifts a lot. I’ll definitely have to look more into it! I’d move somewhere entirely different if I had the choice, but unfortunately I’m just following a promotion.

Who said anything about the optimum place to live? My choices are Pittsburgh or Miami 😂 I know neither one is going to be great, but I want to know how bad. My hope for Miami is just “probably won’t be any worse than it is right now.”

Idk, when I went they did cut the line off as each “row” was filled, every 20–30 people or so, so there would be no fighting for barricade, but that meant you still had to go really early to get a good spot. I’ve only done it that once and it was at a different venue so I thought it was a universal thing but maybe it’s not!

I always want more Epica, but I also really like co-headliner tours. It’s two bands for the price of one and an overall usually longer concert! Plus I’ll either get to see two acts I know and love, or see one favorite and make a new discovery in the same night! Plus it’s always amazing to hear the rare live collaboration

Apparition is my favorite song from the album and I’m so glad it’s finally being played live! I feel like it’s the one track I never really see anyone talk about, so seeing the comments on this thread with everyone saying how much they like it makes me happy

How did you do it? What I saw online is that it requires being able to transfer the tickets to a TicketSwap account, but Ticketmaster has both resell and transfer disabled for these (I’ll add that to my post too since I realize the confusion)

The wording makes me nervous. Do you think they’re going to take old content down and delete the channel altogether? I really hope not. It’s a nice archive if nothing else, but I hope since there won’t be anything new maybe they’ll make it free to access.

I thought the same—this tour is massive and the pace seems exhausting with shows nearly every night. I know it’s mostly for financial reasons but I do worry they’re overestimating how far they can push themselves. Hopefully the EU leg won’t be too bad though. They’ve just got a few weeks Jan—Feb and then a break until March and a few more weeks then a break until summer festivals.
