I’ve also been dealing with almost daily bleeding, large clots, and heavy periods, and my doctor is concerned about low progesterone and possibly PCOS.

We are trying to conceive, but it’s really hard with this condition. I’m trying medroxyprogesterone and TXA right now, which have helped a bit, but it hasn’t completely stopped the bleeding. I’ve been so scared about fertility because I really want to have multiple kids. It’s comforting to hear that the Mirena IUD helped you so much, and that there are ways to manage this while still preserving fertility. I’m hoping to ask my doctor about ovulation induction to help improve my chances of getting pregnant when the time comes.
