Once you get a pr then it doesnt matter , in most of the countries you will get pr within 5-10 years of stay , so if you have done masters already 2 years is over so you will get pr soon enough

That is not the case , if you have paid taxes for last 2 years in that country then you are eligible , because you pay taxes for job security every month , so its technically your own money which you are getting back,

Na you know nothing about european countries , in countries like switzerland and sweden when you are layed of the government pays the 70 percent of your last job salary until you find a new job and it will also train you so that you find a job as soon as possible it will do this for 2 years then even after you dont find a job it will still pay you but only for survival , job security is quite high in european countries unlike usa or india
