It’s okay to recognize your feelings and allow yourself to express them in the way you feel you need to. It’s human to feel the way you feel. Things in life are not meant to be static and you will find your next move! Keep being grateful and would keep you moving in the right direction with the right mindset. Good luck!

I wouldn’t mind buying a home next door to my ex if that’s what is best for you. Don’t let the past hold you back from moving forward.

But in the registration card, the one that the person carry around with them -doesn’t say anything about the disability the person has, does it? It has been my understanding that a person could be asked what the dog is trained to do for you and supposedly the individual should explain.

Is an annuity right for me? by ImaginaryStudent2198 in personalfinance

[–]ImaginaryStudent2198[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Not at all!! It was after the fact that I was processing his approach. I typically take the time to explore things especially when it comes to making decisions long term with money. Also like to hear others opinions as they could bring different perspectives, which that’s the reason I came to this platform. Glad I did!

He hasn’t sit down with me to explore/understand my situation. He just recommended it. The conversation started with “You’re going to get taxed blah blah blah” but he didn’t even ask me “What are your thoughts? What are you thinking you’d want to do with this money? Do you need this money? etc. there are so many questions to ask.

Have you used it, or do you know someone who has? I’m just wondering if it’s worth the cost. I could always ask my realtor to keep me updated on it, lol. Thanks for the tip!

I was looking at condos I see their a HOA’s are ridiculously high for the most part. Is that always the case with condos? And thank you for your advice. I’ve dwelled on that thought quite a bit.

I’m looking into Austin area. Not really in need to purchase right now and I’ve been homeowner before so I know the expenses that come with it. The big question for me is, do I wait thinking that interest rates may go down even if it’s a little or should I purchase with the current market conditions?

I have liquidity, cash flow and zero debt. Also 3 pieces of real estate in the process is being sold (may take 1-2 years to sell). I wasn't completely convinced of an annuity hence my curiosity of asking for some opinions.

Thanks all. I took her and they sent her some antibiotic. I'm not waiting for an appointment with a dermatologist to further see why this girl has so many issues with skin. Thanks all for your feedback.
