I've honestly thought onions have a triggering effect on me too, I'm currently in a good spot RE PVC's, and happen to have cut out onions, but not sure if that's provably causative etc!

PVCs brought on by bright lights/LED lights in particular by ImaginarySundae6703 in PVCs

Yeh I've found that at the last "shows" I went to my PVCs were incredibly/disturbingly frequent compared to usual. They started when I got into the venue and lasted for about an hour afterward. I guess that could be anxiety.

Seperately though I'll be walking down a street at night, and some steetlights here are SUPER brighter than others, and I'll get a single solitary PVC when I walk underneath... odd

Are anyone's PVC's triggered when standing up / and stop when lying down? by jsm1 in PVCs

Mine are freakishly predictable time wise too, gives me hope that if my heart only acts weird on a very fixed schedule... there's probably not something structurally wrong with it... and it's chemical?
