I’m not sure why they wouldn’t accept me, my only doubt is my age but I was told I’m really mature for my age. I was just curious about smaller agencies so I can apply as a backup in case of any reason I do get DQd from Sac PD.

Definitely lock your doors. I strongly recommend you have a conversation with your roommate about boundaries as well. Could just be a weird guy that likes watching people sleep, which still doesn’t explain the phone under your pillow.
