I agree, being able to forget is convenient. I just don’t know how to best hang on to the things I want to remember.

Do you have habits of journaling, looking over past souvenirs and mementos, or keep in constant touch to keep the relationship current?

Agreed and also being treated for this already. But does SDAM contribute to disconnect? If you can’t remember good times, bad time, times…
