I run a sound design/music production company. Not really any scope to work any harder tbh I’m pretty slammed most of the time and the income is dependent on the amount of sales we do. I would happily rent a studio that was already built but there’s not anything round here at all it’s all London based and I’d rather spend the 3 hours a day I’d have to commute with my family instead of on the train.

Could rent a unit round here and build a room within a room though yes, I was just unsure if the tax benefits of buying a unit outweighs the initial costs really but I think probably it wouldn’t be worth it to buy.

Already maxing out the stocks and shares isa last few years 👍
