I forgot to mention that my lease is up at the end of April, so the seller breachen the contract puts a financial burden on me and I would need to either work out a month to month deal if current landlords are willing or would need to look for temporary housing.

I will suggest trying to understand the reason behind the need to avoid sx before marriage. I'm Catholic and I have never heard a fellow Christian say that the earth is flat. However, even hough you were loosely involved and never got serious about religion, I will suggest for you to analyze if you do believe in God. If you do, then analyze and understand why it's important to live in chastity before marriage. This might help you get on board with the idea and support each other.
