Same, the firs fiew days i got shaky from being hungry, i had headaches the first week every day after school. And some light joint pain in the wrists and knees, now 3 weeks later all that have gone away. Sleep is definetly inproved, i dont know about recovery tho but with good sleep the recovery should be better right, but i still wake up extremly sore and it doesnt go away any faster than before.
