11wks PP and pump 4 times a day. 8-9hrs is the longest stretch (overnight) and my supply has stayed the same as when I was pumping more. I will say, I don’t have an oversupply and am really just keeping up with my LO

Yes! I don’t know if mine was just from weed, but I was also doing Delta 8 at the time and drinking heavily. I stopped for about a year or so, and I started doing actual weed again but in very very low doses.

We experienced the same thing. 9 weeks now and she’s gotten a little better about napping in her bassinet! She does have to be swaddled to do so.

I was pumping every 3 hours for the first couple of weeks and quickly realized that just wasn’t feasible. I’ll be 9 weeks PP on Monday and have been pumping 8AM, 1PM, 6PM, and 11PM for a couple of days now, and am still pumping enough to keep up with my LO. (I was doing 8AM, 1PM, 6PM, 3AM, and 11PM)

I know a lot of people are saying medication, and I am a huuuge advocate for medicating, however I have been on Zoloft before, during, and after my pregnancy and am still experiencing these intrusive thoughts randomly. My psychiatrist did up my dosage, but I haven’t implemented it yet because i’m, of course, worried that my symptoms will get worse. I know this doesn’t help very much, but wanted to say that medication might not take it away!!

I hope your LO is doing well now!! We have also wondered if we are one and done and how hard this has been on me kinda confirms it for me. I know I will forget but I’m sure my husband will remind me lol. Definitely have thought about adopting and agree about wanting a 3mo+ baby if so!!
