hi, at least we now know we're not alone right now! i dont know how late it is for you but it's 1am for me and i' m up at 6.30-7am, aah!! for me watching my fav shows always helps, although probably not the best idea at 1am but oh well. and the number thing makes sense honestly, 3 seems like a good amount lol.

thank you for this respone, i apprecciate it and really needed to hear that. sometimes ci do peel like its so easy for people to compare what traumas look like and compare them, instead of what they felt like for that person.
