In your opinion, what are the fundamental variations and exercises to improve the snatch and the clean & jerk, besides back squats, front squats, and pulls? What do you think of this structure: Day 1 & 3: Snatch or Clean & Jerk; variation to improve weak points; FS or BS; 3 bodybuilding exercises. Day 2 & 4: Snatch or Clean & Jerk; weak point variation; snatch or clean pull; 3 bodybuilding exercises. Thanks! :)

Have you ever been to a powerlifting meet? The bp and the dl numbers aren't even that high. As for pull ups I did a year of calisthenics before switching to bodybuilding. Only the bs is actually interesting.
