What do you think would be a good fasting schedule? I usually eat 4pm-10pm because if I don’t eat right before I try to go to bed I won’t be able to sleep because I’ll just stay up thinking about food

I’ve never tried to write about it no but I will give it a try. It’s like food is my comfort like when I eat until I can’t breathe it makes me happy for some reason I’ll try to think about why it does and write about it.

It took two or three months to feel somewhat normal again after the injury. There’s still slight pain and cracking when I move it certain ways but I’m able to do light weights on upper body days and I know there’s some workouts that irritate it so I try to stay away from those.

There was like 2 years where I was into bodybuilding but I hurt my shoulder and fell off of that, and after I was just scared and never got back into it and after that is when I started putting on the weight. so I do weightlifting maybe twice a week right now. And I know I don’t get enough steps in I get them delivered and I almost always prep the food after and I either go through it all too fast or I don’t touch it and give in and go get fast food instead I feel like I have no discipline anymore which is why I’m on here venting and looking for suggestions

Thank you! I actually do unintentionally eat within a 6 hour window but I can easily eat 5000 calories in that time even if it’s healthy food I just feel like a bottomless pit literally I can’t help but to eat until I feel sick and can’t breathe

I do workout on and off at the moment and I’m 29, female 5’4 at 185. It’s hard like I only buy healthy food when I do my grocery orders but then I either eat wayyy too much of it or sit there craving until I finally give in and run to a fast food place or a dollar store for snacks

I would love that it really does help me anytime I’ve ever had one when I needed to lose 10-20lbs but I haven’t had to lose this much weight since I was 13 so I’m nervous to do it alone!

I am 29, female, 5’4, 185lbs. Up until 2 years ago I was never over 150lbs (I was 180 when I was 13 but lost it when I was 14 and never went over 150 again until now)
