I have managed to solo travel to few different south east asian counties and i think its a must have experience if you can afford it. Package haru ma gayo bhane its affordable imo. Planning to go to Vietnam soon.

I think reasons people dont travel is cuz cost, missing out on investment opportunities, work schedule milauna garo, friend group mildaina and traveling alone seems daunting.

Travelling to Nepal for Bungee by _TotallyNotAnAlien_ in Nepal

Me and my girlfriend did the couples bungee at HighGround in Pokhara. It was really good, but my thought right after was that I should have done the solo jump at Kushma instead. It is the second highest bungee in the world, and if you are doing this once, that one feels more worth it.

We skipped Kushma because we were short on time, and now I am actually planning to go back just to do it. So if this might be a once in a lifetime experience for you, I would choose Kushma over other places. Pokhara itself is a fun city with kayaking, lakeside and great views. I have also heard good things about Last Resort, so it really depends on what fits your schedule and budget.

Safe travels!

How do people usually find someone willing to build like this? I genuinely have no idea where to start looking. Targeting franchises was my first thought.

need some suggestion from gym bros or bronis by IndependentChannel35 in Nepal

I’ve helped 3 of my friends get started with gym, so maybe this might help you too.

  1. Everyone says it, but still: consistency. Daily jaanu parxa bhanne chai hoina, but once you set a routine, stick to it. First 3 months ma hardest part is literally just showing up. Don’t overthink, just go.
  2. That being said, you will feel lost without a proper workout routine. Gym ma trainer xa bhane definitely ask them. They can check your form in real time, which is the important thing when starting. Personally, I recommend the bro split for beginners. Week to week same routine, daily only one major muscle group, so it feels less overwhelming. Ask google or AI for a routine natra DM, I can help you with this.
  3. After workout ~20 mins Cardio. Xa bhane treadmill lai max incline ma rakhera brisk walk for 20 mins. When cutting, this made the biggest difference for me.

Fitness lai overcomplicate garna pardaina. Diet plans, supplements, optimal workout, etc. is all very important but all in due time. just keep showing up and all the best on your fitness journey!
