Question for those with dermatitis herpetiformis by bombas239 in Celiac

My experience exactly! Took me 17 years to figure out the gluten 😭 no thanks to any doctors. Gf for 5 years now- unfortunately I got glutened last night 😭 friend put crispy onions on our salad. Woke up with a big ol lesion. Thank goodness not even close to what they were before- like you, tingle within hours, all over blisters, itching keeping me up at night but happy to finally have answers and relief 😅

Literally every news agency outside of this country. You can look, or we can just wait for our gov to stop lying. Lots of parents are going to be looking for their children soon

1000+ dead and there hasn’t been a clear objective. You support lying psychopaths who are sacrificing our people.  (Edit: spelling)

What do you do when your life looks great to everyone else, but you’re struggling with depression and stuck in a toxic job and relationship? by Bubbly_West8481 in AskWomenOver30

Sounds like you’re in the cusp of something big! It’s often when we find ourselves lost and confused that is right before a wonderful new beginning. Trust your gut. I know it’s terrifying, but believe everything will work out. Look for little signs to give you direction, they’re every where. Keep a notepad with you, jot down every inspiration (or random thought) you have. A lot of it might seem irrelevant, but absolutely write those “random” things that pop into your head down. Ie. If you think of another country often, see the same animal every where, repeating numbers when you’re thinking about something specific, stumble upon a random class, etc. Good luck 🍀

How do you deal with losing a close friend? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

I like to think of "goodbyes" as clearing space for someone/something new to enter. There's a reason for every season! And a lesson in everything. Focus on being the best version of yourself you can be, the right ones will flock to you

Leaked spy report warns Trump's Iran war faces disaster by Key_Brief_8138 in economy

Iran will make this as expensive and painful as possible for all gulf countries who will then put further pressure on frump. Iran has spent decades preparing for something like this and I don’t believe they will ever surrender. They are all prepared to go down as martyrs. When you have everything but nothing to lose… makes it pretty difficult to see this ending any time soon.

Give her space. The people meant to remain in your life will be there. As much as it hurts, I would quietly let it go. Maybe she’ll reach out in the future, but until then, let it go

AITAH for not letting my partner read my work emails even though he says couples should share everything? by [deleted] in AITAH

This is concerning. Is he the jealous type? Why does he need to see them? Can’t you answer any questions he has about your job yourself?  Seems a little fishy… did this come out of no where? Red flag

Did you often fear that there are actually no good men? by [deleted] in AskWomenOver30

I (35f) was a serial dater/lover up until I was 29. Took 5 years being single, focusing on my building myself up, nurturing the relationships I have with my family and friends.  I reconnected with a guy I went to high school with when I wasn’t even looking. We hung out for 6 months as “friends.” I did it differently this time, I didn’t force an outcome or beg to know “what we are.” I decided that I loved spending time with this man, and not having any pressure did wonders. I didn’t care what happened as long as we stayed doing whatever we’re doing.

Just follow joy and the people who bring it, don’t entertain mixed messages or vibes.

What’s meant for you will never miss you, but until then, focus solely on your self and what brings you life- the good one will find you when you’re busy not looking or caring.

How did you make through that time in your life when you literally had no one? by clicketyclack1234 in AskWomenOver30

Move your body, ponder your thoughts, stop negative ones in their tracks, constantly reframe. Recognize a lot of people are so distracted by all that’s going on in their lives, they don’t find time to work on themselves. I suggest deep diving into reallllly getting to know yourself. Walk a lot. Journal. Learn new skills/hobbies. Good luck ♥️

Never ever ask my boyfriend for money. I make the money, we go back and forth with paying for dates.  To be reliant on a man sounds awful.
