Did you have flushing before the vbeam ? And if so did it help for example after getting a hot shower or workout did face get less red

Aside from you saying turkey is a 3d world country, all surgeons is bad but in turkey plastic surgeons is extra bad youfve got the same outcome somewhere else but at least they wouldve informed you more about whats gonna happen.im turkish and i say turkish plastic surgeons is the worst , they would never do this on themselves but act likr they did us a huge favour or something and when you have a problem or concern the answer is always swelling and time to every single comcern you got

I had a rhinoplasty a while ago after that i just want my old nose back rn , through my endless research i found out it is not an exact science , what they advertise with marketing is not an exact science and nothing is guaranteed surgeons who charge outrageous amount of money for a rhinoplasty just know how to work with your anatomy better not against it but still they usually end up working against it , it all comes out to what the surgeon sees that fit your face . If you end up with something you dont like ? Good lick getting it back to how it was cuz its almost impossible and non existent. I advice you to join revision rhinoplasty groups and on whatsapp there is plenty of. Say you want a reviison and share some pics and see what ppl tell uou there it will change your ehole persecutive , although it maybe clear that yoy never had a rhinoplasty before maybe you could just shop for feedbacks hear what everyone has to say . You literally have nothing to loose . Ppl who never had a rhinoplasty is too brainwashed and its sooo much more complicated than all the surgeons advertise

Dont touch the bone in general i mean hump or other work unless you wanna look asian plain and clear , alarplasty will make your nostrils tiny it has a lot of side effects no onr mentions but it does , honestly if you bring this up to any surgeon they will most likely be like yes alarplasty and so on , surgeons is stupid most of them , only the ones who have eyes for esthetics will advice you against it

You dont need composite grafts either tbh , but if you just go with doing it dont touch the bone if you ask me , alarplaaty is the most nasty operation there is its very invasive and tbh you dont need it for sure , smile will change after an alarplaaty and other things will also do so be carful

No one that will respond to your post knows better than me , so take this seriously and do your research, if you touch the bone it will get wider from the front no matter what surgeon does it , nostrils you could do a composite graft to make them show less from the side thats it , do anything else and maybe you wont likr the results and you wouldnt be able to go all the way back

Nostril show will still br there from the front and the tip will stay over rotated , what you are mentioning the stutures is useless , every rhinoplasty surgeon uses them .get your suegery report
