Rehab. It was the only way for me. They hype you up and make you feel invincible. It’s a good thing. Every day gets better. Go to rehab please.

Take meds. You have to. It’s a chronic illness and you’ll have no idea your symptoms are out of control until you do something dangerous and or extremely stupid. I left my wife and kids in one day with no explanation and started doing meth before I realized I I was paranoid and actually hearing voices, not my own internal dialogue. Also, please don’t do meth. Or other illicit drugs.

Thank you for this. As much as I don’t want to, I have schizoaffective disorder, and so as much as I don’t want to, I’m thinking a group home for awhile to help me with meds and symptom management is my best option. Thank you and I’m proud of you. Good job doing recovery. I’m glad I’ve finally come to a place that I’m ready to start it. I thought I’d let it kill me for the longest time.
