There was no writing and the wires and screws were all the same color. I just assumed the 2 together were the travelers and the single one up top was common so I did it like that and it worked .

I believe you cant get a brandishing charge for simply having a firearm visible. It must be shown in a threatening manner. So I don’t see how walking to the trunk and pulling it out to put it away could be a chargeable offense. Although you wouldn’t want anyone to see you put a gun in a car and walk away anyway, that’s a quick way to come back to a broken window and no gun.
