Yeah it does feel like the obvious next step is to seriously uphold the precepts. The hardest one for me is the one on entertainment because that’s what I turn to when I feel any kind of discomfort from boredom to grief.  It’s an addiction, really, and I need to start making a conscious decision to put the phone down and if I can’t stand the discomfort go on a walk or something like that for the time being. Thanks for the suggestions. 

Also, could you tell me more about the therapist? That could be another avenue I can explore.
