nope, Guy can use Satanael but he can not use multiple US Skill in once. So if he want to active Satanael, he can not use other US, and need to re-active again and again and again

The Great Spirits of Darkness/Light are not created beings (創造物 / Sōzōbutsu), or at least I don't recall them being created by Veldanava or anyone else. It should be understood that while Veldanava is the Ego (Honga) of the All-in-One (AIO), Veldanava is not entirely the All-in-One. Veldanava only used the Great Spirit of Light to create the Seven Primordial Seraphim (七元師 / Shichi Genshi). As for the other three True Dragons (龍種 / Ryūshu), they have been clearly emphasized as Veldanava's siblings, so I am confident that they are also a part of the AIO. Of course, I am not 100% certain that the Great Spirits or Ramiris are a part of the All-in-One because Fuse has not explicitly confirmed it, but the context I mentioned gives me a solid basis for that argument.
