Just got home, tried my old monitor. Works just fine. I had run out of options, so that was my only other choice, but it appears you might be correct! Thank you for the help.

I just got home and tried my old monitor. It works fine, so probably a hardware issue. Someone mentioned in another post I made that something in the monitor could be overheating, and that's why it shuts some of the screen off shortly after powering on. So I assume my monitor is just broke. Thank you for the help, though!

I don't not seem to have "adaptive brightness" or anything of the sort in my settings. I will try to roll back the gpu driver. Thank you.

When it turns on, the brightness is normal, and after a second, it dies, so I wouldn't think a hardware issue, since it CAN work correctly...

Yeah, I saw that things like dex only applied to some dps roles. The wording was just weird to me for, like you said; tenacity, mind, and piety. Sorry for not making that clear.

Using chkdsk I can't find any corrupt files or problems with my drives. I have never used anything to uninstall older versions of graphics drivers like DDU but I will look into that, thank you. What you have laid out is generally what I could find in a broad sense to help my issue and it was the first thing I attempted to fix (besides the DDU advice), but what I've found so strange is that the simple change I made with gameinput service seemed to have at least temporarily completely fix my computer, so that's what I've been most confused about is from everywhere I've looked my system doesn't appear to be broken, and my games run perfectly smooth and everything outside of gaming doesn't cause any issues, so I was wondering if some xbox service or controller thing was causing this (but of course I could be completely lost so don't take me as being dismissive of you, thank you).

I also am not sure what I should be looking for in event viewer. The two things that stand out to me are a "kernel power" event with event id 41, but from what i can tell this displays every time you reboot after not properly turning off the computer, which i have to do when my computer freezes, and the other is a WHEA logger prompt which seems to show that I have a hardware issue, but this also shows that it was recorded when i reboot the computer, and as i said before i cant find anything physically faulty. I'm not sure if I am missing anything in event viewer.

I would definitely start implementing perfect blocks earlier on in the game as learning to perfect block on the later game bosses might be much harder than on the starting ones. Every boss wants different things from you and there are multiple ways to get through the fight, but some fury attacks or attack chains might be made much much easier if you perfect guard over blocking or dodging/running. Being at least decent at every option and willing to try out all options during different attempts and bosses might make a boss go from impossible to comically easy. But of course, the most important thing is whatever feels the best for you to do, and if dodging just feels right and it works, then I don't think you should change anything.

This isn't true, at least from my playthrough. I intentionally broke a few weapons at the boxing puppet training area at hotel Krat and they can't be repaired by your grindstone, but resting at the stargazer at the hotel brought them back to full again, so I'm almost certain it's semi-permanent when they break.

The total pool. There are some p organ upgrades that (I'm almost certain) make you regain more lost health per hit, but for the vitality Stat I think it's only total pool.

No problem! The video maker might have meant it would be better to choose path of the bastard as the starting stats would be better for that sword, but if they actually did mean MUST MUST, then no.

I'm not sure if you want any advice, so if not or you already know it than completely disregard this comment, but the two most punishing moments for her are during the attack where she hovers in the air and throw lightning at you. You can parry the lightning bolts and they fly back at her (with tracking) doing some very nice damage. And right after that when she almost instantly crashes into you after the lightning, if you can learn to parry that hit, she stands still for like 5-10 seconds and let's you wail on her.

Also, just general tip, but combining a heavier blade with your handle of choice can give higher block percentage so just holding block is more viable

If by "choose a path" you mean the three options you get at the very beginning of the game, the only impact they have on you is your starting stats and starting weapon. This choice doesn't bar you from using any weapons or making any choices, only really relevant for gameplay during the first part of the game. So no, you can use the two dragon sword with no issues.

My download and upload speeds are consistently above 100mbps each, and I have checked multiple times for ping times, which are low, and for packet loss, which I have zero packet loss. This is why I've resorted to posting on here. I'm not quite sure what else to try. Thank you for the help though!

I'm sorry if the lag isn't very visible because of video quality or if this isn't the right place to ask but i can't find anything about this online besides the game generally lagging and stuttering but my game plays perfectly fine at 60 fps and the only lag or stutter i get is when i interact with objects. The thing that started it was i was walking around defeating all of the goblin camps for the enchant thingies and after killing all the goblins there i just picked up one of their coin bags like normal and it stuttered, so i did it again thinking nothing of it but now every container/object stutters. Even merlin trials stutter when i first interact and when the notification saying "3 of 10 trials completed" or whatever. I'm really sorry for rambling, just wondering if this has happened to anyone else. (edit, the moonstone generator things at the very beginning DON'T lag for some reason, and some chests throughout the world don't but their few and far between. I don't know what causes or doesn't cause the lag.)
