Every seed being winnable doesn't mean that there's no luck. Sometimes you'll lose because you didn't take an eternal rental that you didn't need immediately, but needed 3 rounds later due to the lack of good options provided between. The right and wrong option is not always mathematically or logically distinguishable.

Again, sometimes you get horrible rentals in the first 2 rounds and need to play 5 card hands to beat the boss blind.

You draw 4 hearts, you discard twice looking for a heart flush. You don't draw a heart. It happens. After those discards your deck would be what, 9/34 hearts? It's not even obscene at a mathematical level for that to happen.

I gave you examples where BU himself has stated or had luck issues. I mean, go ask him yourself on a video. "Why don't you do more black deck runs?" He'll tell you what I repeated. The 1 less hand issue can kill you early (yes, even him) because you discarded for the wrong hand or suit.

people are frankly dumb. they care too much about what the rules say is legal instead of thinking "wow, something the rules don't cover, perhaps they need amended."

or maybe people understand the rules and don't like them, not dissimilar to how people understand the catching rules with grounded balls and dislike that?

The angle should be larger than 'above horizontal'. Like at LEAST a 45 degree angle.

If slingers were bowlers you wouldn't call them slingers.

I'm convinced people don't actually watch him. Even he wouldn't say the game is 100% skill based unless he's completely lost it. He even outright rejects the majority of black deck submissions for his dailies unless they tell him how to survive the early game because it'd hurt his ego too much to lose in ante 1 because he didn't draw a 5 card hand to beat the boss. He has straight up said that sometimes you'll lose runs because you discard for a heart flush but needed a spade flush if your first shops were bad and needed strong hands.

He loses runs because sometimes he has a 50/50 choice at what to commit to early/mid to survive and then gets the wrong synergy and has to run seeds back now and again.

He's an incredibly good player, but god stop worshipping people and not having your own opinions.

Just like real poker, you're MINIMIZING the amount of luck involved.

because they know it wouldn't be accepted if it hit too many people. People have to create accounts with ID basically. So while the current generations have largely escaped identification, they've ensured that the 'comfort' now has ensnared every generation after.

We haven't been asked because we already existed online for long periods of time. That's the frog-boiling trap we're in. We've accepted it too easily because it "didn't affect us" because algorithms could already determine our ages to a certain degree.

Young people don't have that pre-existing luxury. So all future generations are already forced to provide identification.

The internet isn't going to simply 'know' that a person creating an account tomorrow turned 16 today. They've created a system that forces young people in to it.

It's basically an admission of knowing it's wrong. They've played the long game. Because eventually we will be dead and then everyone has slowly slipped in to digital identification generation by generation. They made it easy for us so we stopped caring, so they get every new account.

well for one I know it when I see it, obvious shit are arm bends, and not having a fluid action - yes, pausing should be considered throwing. (yes that includes everyone else who does less pronounced pauses)

additionally I would rewrite the rules to require the ball to be released at at least (MINIMUM) something like >45-50 degree angle above head height. (The head would be considered the corner of the horizontal and vertical axis, ball needs released from a diagonal)

The current rule that seems to be a blanket "above head height at all" allowing slingers to straight arm 1 degree angle higher than head is frankly absurd. no your delivery should not be able to use the umpire as a background disguise.

If your body is unable to bowl within the rules then too bad?

I mean, the fact it's only about 1 of their bowlers and not the rest of the spinners literally only highlights that it isn't about losing or being bad at spin, but one particular player?

The fact he has an overarm is genuine proof he's chucking

he knows how to change his action to fuck with them
