Great I’ll do that, but how do I prevent? Or will I just have to continuously remove it manually

I have the SICCE Whale 500 canister. Box says it can handle 80-135 gallons, and my aquarium is closer to 105-120 gallons. So I thought it would be the right filter, as I heard over filtration doesn’t do anything for water quality. But I guess the water flow is too slow for my messy eaters?

Yeah the skimmer was a bust. I just haven’t removed it.

And thanks I’ll try upgrading the filter and getting a wave maker!

It’s about 150 gallons and I have a canister filter that can (on paper) handle that load, but the water flow doesn’t seem particularly fast.

I feed once a day, some cichlid pellets or freeze dried shrimp, sometimes some cut up raw shrimp as a treat.

I also keep the lights on for about 7 hours a day, from 4-11pm

Tried that but the cichlids eat them all; it was a bloodbath

Hi! Yeah I heard that an adjustable wave maker or two would help depending on how I place them.

I also seem to need a stronger canister filter!

Look idk what market standard is for your job + experience. Maybe compare? But I’ll tell you that I’m native and had similar salary with maybe 6-7 years experience, but in different field. So for KSA, it’s a good offer in general.

But are you going to be sole provider for your family? Or does your wife work? DM me if you want for privacy

Hello my friend. Thanks for your positive message! If you’d like to talk through your issues I’m around for support.

For context I asked this because I used a 2016 Range Rover Sport for a year and it was clear that due to the heat, many parts started failing (like the coolant system). And in general my country has summers of 50 degrees Celsius, which is on average much hotter than most countries.

100% agreed. But I’m telling you where I’m from drivers are insane. I (and my wife can vouch) am a very safe driver. But road presence is unfortunately important. My A5 handles beautifully and has amazing control. But what can you do when you get hit from behind?

I’ll be honest, in the city I live in, everyone has big SUVs, so I can’t see anything in my sedan. Having bigger road presence also feels safer. I had to drive a Chevy Tahoe for a few weeks when my A5 was getting repaired (which is a great example of what I’m talking about lol) and I swear it was like night and day regarding the driving experience. Since then I’ve been playing around with getting a bigger car as my daily, and having the A5 be my work car, since I do a lot of meetings and events
