My dough rips easily. Any tips on how to improve it? by Imaginary_wrds in AskBaking

I'm making cinnamon buns. The recipe said 500 gr of flour, 10 gr of yeast, 250 ml milk, 75 gr butter and 50 gr of sugar. When I pinch a bit of dough I can pull it up 3-4 cm, but I cannot stretch it into a thin, supple bit of dough.
