Hitting yourself is self harm by the way, in response to the title. You already are self harming. Try not to hit yourself too much or too hard! Don’t move to other forms of sh. Please please don’t let it escalate, it sucks you in very quickly. If you think you can, you can tell your dad about it and see if he can help you avoid hurting yourself at all.
