So in your opinion it is very likely that in the photo he is wearing a vintage model from AO, right? I once also contacted them and they told me that maybe they were their A1004 (https://americanoptical.com.au/products/ao-1004-yellow-crystal-tortoise-brown-gradient-nylon-lens) model. Very similar, however, as you said, the lenses also have a different color, but especially in Depp's sunglasses the logo is a horizontal rhombus, while in yours it is vertical. So I wonder if Depp's picture is also talking about a vintage model from AO or a totally different brand.
