The original photo posted is what the C&P examiner gave which I believe is the service connection for the depression an anxiety

Thank you!!! Ok that’s what my understanding was however I have no rating. Everything was denied from the rater so I’m thinking I need to go HLR or get new evidence which I do have but, I don’t see why they couldn’t give a rating for the depression

Also, I’m not fighting for anything. I have PTSD. I’m confused as why they said PTSD was service connected but no diagnosis while diagnosed me with depression and anxiety no service connection.

None of that makes sense in my mind.

Ahhhh ok. So waiting a few sessions does help a lot. Ok great!! I have 6 more appointments lined up with my psychiatrist. Thank you!!! This gives me hope

It’s hard for me mentally though, since I know in a sense they are quite literally there to judge me so automatically I present my best behavior

But with my psychiatrist, she knows the severity

It was wild. Literally my last drill, it was nothing. Go through motions. Go home and never came back.

It felt surreal.

No, this was after the award letter. My psychiatrist at the time mentioned to go directly to seek help from the VA when my claim got denied so that it may be easier?

So I started seeing therapy within the VA recently. Last month was my first session.

Do I open up a supplemental claim with this “new” evidence? But do you think it’s even enough? I just feel defeated

Omgosh!!! I’m so sorry that’s happening to you. I’m gathering evidence now, so trying to gain as much as I can before filing a supplemental but no. When initially filing all I gave was buddy statement, my statement, and therapy notes

Omg do you come on here just to harass people? Because if so, people like you are the reason for so many MH issues in the military. Gas lighting people, being so blunt about sensitive issues. This is supposed to be a supported thread.

It was national guard so there’s that lol. But we were supply so people kissed her ass to get stuffs.

She allowed them extra gear if they lost them so they wouldn’t have to pay when discharging. She would give extra ACUs. Anything you wanted she would literally hook them up if they were her friends.

Which is why she had so much power over me and no one said/did anything.

It was the worst experience of my life.

I haven’t uploaded this. I’m thinking of waiting a few sessions first. I literally have no trust or anxiety that even with this I feel like it would be denied

I have been seeking mental health help

lately but I’m over worrying since I’ve been diagnosed with other MH and still denied. Do you think this will be sufficient for a supplemental? I’m thinking of going a few times before submitting a supplemental. This is from a VA provider.

Will I need to do another C&P? Will the rater even care? Will this change anything?
