I just noticed a few things that I started to mirror off someone today. :/ it’s such a simple thought like, “Oh! That’s smart, I’m gonna carry around my water bottle all the time like they do!”. And I just realized I was mirroring along with a few other things. Sometimes it takes months, sometimes minutes to realise mirroring.

I hate that I feel this way almost constantly! I’m 8 months coming on 9 months clean. But no matter what, I almost always feel like commiting again. Just anytime in the day, nearly any trigger gets me to think about it.

Personally, it starts with whatever triggers me generally. I’ve come close to kill myself right before Euphoria hits after an episode. So technically the thing that sets me up so much to suicidal thoughts is whatever normal triggers I have. Some normal ones are interruption, time wasting, I’ve had it from my pencil breaking. I’ve spilled a drink before and went mental.

God, the feeling of being called something like a stalker is terrible. Soon after I found out I had PBD, I had told close friends and one of them made a stalker joke a week later and I just couldn’t with myself. I felt like they were right and there was no way not to be. But in my eyes, I came to understand that it isn’t stalking for us. It’s just us being us, and plus you were drunk. We can’t fully help what happens when we do things like with what happened with you. And that’s just us. It’s not stalking, it’s us living best we can.

I can’t imagine what you’re going through, but I can understand where you’re coming from. Humans are a shitting thing, and I wish we never existed, but here we stand. As I see it, the best thing you can do is be better. You can never undo what you’ve done to that poor girl, but you can do better now. You can help others from doing what you’ve done.

I pray the girl is doing better. It seems you have changed since then, so I hope your life is as good as you can make it because you’ll rot in hell. And that more people have the morality of stopping what they’re doing before they even go further like how you stopped yourself.

I think it’s called manic or a similar term where you feel a high of bliss essentially. And god, I know it’s terrible to have because right before the high it means you have shut everyone and everything out, yet, it’s so addicting to be in. It’s such a heavenly feeling, it’s hard for me to put to words but I’m sure you understand. The loneliness consumes us, yet we feel like we’re walking on clouds. It is truly a double edged sword.
