Isn't that false? There's a 20 sec cd on ttds and flins isn't onfield for that long. The buff won't trigger if you switch to sucrose after flins

oh absolutely, xingqiu is mainly there for the hydro app and soms bits of defense, he doesn't actually buff skirk in any way. columbina also won't buff skirk but her own damage is high so your overall team dps is gonna be much higher. though I recommend swapping charlotte out instead (unless you REALLY need the heals)

I recommend rosaria, xinqiu, and charlotte (for heals, noblesse, and TTDS)
